    Was told open seating in bar, did not realize the deck required seating by hostess. Was very rude in explaining and then we were ignored. Ask if we could sit at bar and hostess just nodded. Sat at bar and could not get waited on. Man who looked like manager was chatting up some people and never looked our way. We left without being waited on. As we were leaving, told lady with menus we could not get waited on, she said you can sit on deck now. We declined. We were there on 5/20 at approx 2:10pm. They are too much of tourist trap to care.

    Beautiful views and a great atmosphere made for a pleasant dining experience. I enjoyed a cup of clam chowder followed by the Lazy Lobster which is simply lobster meat sauteed in butter (no disassembly required!). The entrees come with one side, and I chose their cheesy polenta which was pretty tasty. For dessert I had a cappuccino and my friendly and attentive server recommended the Maine Blueberry Cobbler. Very delicious! I have dined here every time I've been in Portland since 1985, and I will be back.
