    The b<br>Bloody Mary, lobster stew and twin lobsters were excellent. The service was lax but I still left 20%

    The absolutely BEST Mac and Cheese I have EVER put in my mouth!!! Course, it was Lobster MAC and Cheese, but it was delicious!! Made with Marzapan cheese, phenomenal!!

    This is one of those places you immediately think "Tourist Trap" which generally means not great food. It's a huge boat permanently anchored at the port. There are not a lot of good restaurants with outside seating right now in Portland (due to Covid we will only dine outside) so we decided to try it on our last night in Portland. We were pleasantly surprised! The view from our table was of the harbor and the waitstaff was attentive without being annoying and making us feel rushed. We started with bacon wrapped scallops and figured there would be maybe 4-6 of them, there were 10! They were also perfectly cooked. I had the trio of broiled seafood - shrimp, scallops and cod for my main course. While I would have preferred grilled it was still delicious and way too much food. My husband wasn't very hungry so he ordered a Caesar salad plus a meatball from the appetizer menu. Both were giant! We could have shared the salad and the meatball was almost as big as a baseball. Needless to say he did not eat it all. Overall a great dinner.

    What better way to start your weekend in Portland, Maine other than dining at a classic seafood restaurant.<br>DiMillo's on the water is a floating restaurant situated right by the Marina. Booking in advance is highly recommended here since walk-ins at the time of our visit would take 1 to 2 hours.<br><br>When we showed up at the time we reserved, we were lead right away to inside main dining area operating half the capacity of the room (due to the pandemic)<br><br>Ordering was easy for us because we already knew why we were there and what we wanted to order. We started with a nice bottle of Pinot Grigio, complementary house bread and butter followed by fried calamari. Whilst we both decided to have 1 1/2 lb lobster, first time as have never tried a whole lobster in NYC<br><br>Once we started eating our table turned festive, we laughed as we tried to crack the big claws etc. it was a fun and lovely experience. Good lobster, nice ambiance and great customer service at not unreasonable prices, you can't go wrong!

    Enjoyed a terrific meal here sat upstairs on the deck on a very nice evening. Kelly was our server and was amazing very helpful and kind. I would highly recommend this spot and hopefully you're lucky enough to have her as a server as well. #KeepKelly
