Atmosphere was nice. Waiter was very helpful and provided great service. The lobster was delicious.

I was back visiting in Maine a week ago and had Sunday lunch at DiMillo's, one of my favorite places. One friend and I had lobster rolls and they were awful. Tough, chewy, obviously frozen lobster even though we were told that DiMillo's never serves frozen lobster. A huge disappointment.

My boyfriend and I just spend a weekend in Portland for his birthday and we had dinner here on a Friday night. Loved it!!!! It wasn't too busy, but then again we were there in the middle of winter. The inside was gorgeous. They had a barber shop quartert going around table to table and singing which was adorable <br><br>The food: to start we got cups of clam chowder which was delicious and thick. For our main meals I got pecan crusted haddock and squash cornbread hash and my boyfriend got the lazy lobster. Both were to die for. My fish was delicious but the star of the plate was the squash cornbread hash underneath. I'm going to look for a recipe it was that good!<br><br>Expensive but we were expecting that. Overall we'd definitely recommend for a date night or special occasion or just for a more fancy night out to treat yourself!
