    Good food, but had an hour and a half wait and then another hour and a half wait for the food. Thankfully everyone was nice.

    DiMillo's used to be one of my favorite places to dine when in Portland. However, the past few times I've been there for lunch, I found the menu quite limited. I remember it being much more robust a few years ago.<br><br>The best part about this restaurant (if you're there in good weather) is dining outside and being able to watch all the ships and boats coming and going. <br><br>The food itself is decent. Nothing to rave about, but basic. The staff are friendly and accommodating. The dcor is interesting. If you're able to dine outdoors while there, I would say it's definitely worth a visit. Otherwise, I'd skip it.<br><br>PS: There's a huge difference in the view, the feel, the volume level compared to being sat upstairs vs downstairs. If possible, as to be seated upstairs. Oh, and the ladies room is always crowded. Which doesn't bother me, but just a heads up.
