If you're going to DiMillo's, congrats, you are someone not from Portland who will turn to a waiter and say "This is expensive, it must be good." Go back to the retired suburbs of New York and play shuffleboard.

Overpriced tourist trap. The chowder was nice but the seafood platter consisted solely of things in mushy, greasy batter. The view was nice so I guess you pay for that but I am not sure it was worth the money and wait.

Good and simple american seafood, great views to the ocean, especially recommended if weather is nice and you can seat outside.

My mom and I go to DiMillo's quite often because the food is delicious, service is great, and considering the location, easy parking, and quality I think the prices are very reasonable. Also quite often the owner will stop by and say "Hi" ~Very nice. We like the dining room, the deck and the side room. It is all a very nice experience which is why we keep goin gback. Year-rounders.

The ambiance is nice; great views because you're on a boat in the harbor. It opened in 1982 and the decor looks the part, it's charming. Seems the typical tourist trap.<br><br>The service was good, our server was polite and attentive for lunch on a Saturday afternoon. The food was good, not excellent, but what I expected. Reasonably priced with a nice atmosphere, casual. It's good for what it is.
