Here once again but during a rare winter trip from Atlanta. Told my wife for my 50th I wanted real seafood so this is how we started our weekend away. Excellent food and service from beginning to end. Will be back in September.

This was a dream come true visit for me as I've wanted to go here as far back as I can remember. My husband hates seafood, though, and although I told him they had other dishes I know he felt seafood being their specialty; everything else would be just average. However, we were in Maine celebrating an early anniversary and he agreed to go. I cannot tell you how excited I was.<br><br>When we arrived we were told it we would be a 20 minute wait, but it was closer to 10. We were seated and our waiter brought us fresh bread and took our drink orders. My husband ordered steak and I decided on the pecan crusted haddock. The interior was gorgeous! Loved the ambience here. We were seated by the windows and had a beautiful view of the water. I did feel a little dizzy at first as we were really rocking there for a minute (yes, its literally a floating restaurant) but it only lasted a couple of minutes. <br><br>My husband said his steak ranked right up there with his favorite from texas roadhouse so he was happily surprised. My haddock was so good! I think I melted a bit. It was delicious! Perfectly cooked, too. For dessert we shared blueberry cobbler. The entire meal was amazing. I hope we get to go back again sometime.
