    Ok I am probably in the minority for those that like to come here to bring "out of towners" to get some lobster on the water or anything but I am going to say I have not been impressed with the three times that I have been here. There has been issues with the service all three times and then there is also something about the price of the food where I feel as if you pay for the scenery and not necessarily the quality of the food and service.<br><br>With that being said, there is something to say for the scenery during the summer as the boats are in the water, the music might be playing at the waterfront show and the sun is setting to create a great experience.<br><br>I am just one that feels that if I am paying the dollar that I am paying for, then the food and experience should be amazing ALONG with the other things that are happening on the surroundings.<br><br>I had to go with the middle of the road stars here because none of the experiences stood out to me out of the three times. I am sure someone will be visiting and want to go there so, maybe next time will win me over!

    DiMillos on the water is a great spot while in the Portland area. The atmosphere is awesome and you can't beat the location right on the water. The bar area is large and they offer a great selections of beer, wine and speciality cocktails. We opted out of getting an appetizer, but their selection on the menu was long. For dinner I got the Lobster Mac and cheese and I am so happy that I did. The bread crumbs on the top were delicious. This dish had a large amount of lobster that was cooked perfectly. My guest had the Seafood Broil and it was a perfect amount of food. Would love to come back here in the summer time or for lunch time! Check it out!
