Two of our party got the steamed one pound and 1/8 lobster and it was still bigger than we thought it would be! I waited for Maine to order lobster on our vacation and these did NOT disappoint. I was scraping meat from wherever I could and licking my fingers. The other in our party got the Lazy Man's Lobster and she said it was worth not having to work for the meat if you're one of those that hates the work of the full lobster (I don't) but it didn't come with as much meat as even the small order of the steamed lobster. So just be aware of that. Other than that, you won't regret stopping in. The view on the outside patio is also worth it if you have a choice of where to sit.

For years, DiMillo's has been one of our "go-to" restaurants whenever we visit the great state of Maine, and since the beginning, food quality has never been an issue, and I'm happy to say it STILL ISN'T. Food quality is incredible as always, and service is almost always very professional. Pricing, however, is another matter entirely. On our latest visit to DiMillo's, I almost fell off my chair, as prices have seemed to skyrocket! Having said that, I am fully aware that seafood is expensive, and you really do get what you pay for, but prices must be moderated somewhat. I want to continue to patronize DiMillo's for many years to come, but if they continue to escalate their prices at this rate, it will force us into searching for a cheaper alternative, even if it means quality takes a hit. I hope it doesn't come to that.
