Phenomenal setting and location love the top deck of the boat restaurant. The only thing that was a tad frustrating it seemed like our waitress was so busy we never got to ask for refills etc.

Recommend sitting at a table- probably better service. Bartender wasn't friendly and her service was awful. Food just okay. Much better places to eat in Portland
