The atmosphere, location and uniqueness, floating restaurant, are superior to the quality. For the price we expected superior quality sea food, but unfortunately we have had better, after all it's Maine, beside the ocean. The waitstaff were attentive and prompt, but not unusually polite or courteous. Nice antique maritime decor and dark ambiance in the warf. Just a bit too pricey for our complete liking, with the quality being the biggest letdown. For the money, we better receive the best seafood available.

It felt like a bit of an adventure eating here! We had just finished a 90-min lighthouse boat tour, and we learned a little about DiMillo from the tour guide. The restaurant is gorgeous! We chose to eat outdoors to get the "Maine" experience on the water--nice idea in theory but incredibly windy! We ordered lobster mac & cheese and haddock tacos...delicious but pricey.
