I received excellent treatment.

From the moment I walked in to the moment I left they treated me like I was the only patient there. Dr. Pope was amazing at explaining everything & has a warm personality. The assistants all knew what they were doing. They even gave me a copy of their test results & office notes as I left. I would highly recommend the Mann Eye Institute.UPDATE: During my most recent visit I actually talked with an Optician, Jayson Morgan. He was so nice & fun to talk with. He was knowledgeable about my old eyeglasses & the issue I was having. He gave me some new nose pads that helped clear up my vision problem. They do not accept my vision insurance plan, so I was unable to purchase my mew glasses from them.

Dr. Gilder is great! Down to earth and very knowledgeable about the eyes as any eye doctor should be. Excellent place for all your eyecare needs!

The Staff was very professional, yet personable. Deborah at the front desk made me feel comfortable (I don't like doctor visits). Dr. Zimmerman was great, I felt like I could trust him.
