The associate that called me back and conducted the initial exam was excellent. She was very knowledgeable about your company and the procedures you offer. She made me feel welcomed and comfortable. I have been coming here for years now (ever since my ophthalmologist moved here), and I even had Lasik here. <br><br>It's always safe and efficient. Sometimes, they get backed up and the wait is longer than usual, but they'll let you know that as you check in, so you can plan accordingly. <br><br>They have also been great with complying with CDC guidelines during this time such as:<br>- no touch check-in via devices<br>- six-feet apart stickers on the floor to maintain proper distance<br>- seating spaced apart in the waiting area as well as a wiping cloth and cones indicating which seats are available<br>- masks required at all times <br><br>All in all it was an efficient and safe trip here for my annual appointment (I miss the free coffee, but that's okay).
