She takes the time to listen and explain things to her patients. I really appreciate a doctor who does that. I wish doctors would do that nowadays and not the 15-minute visit they scheduled you for.

I found all of the people working there to be knowledgeable and exceptionally friendly.However , they waited until I had picked out frames etc, and was getting ready to pay to let me know that our insurance didnt accept them. Therefore I would not get the 50 percent discount I got the last time from another establishment. I would have appreciated this pertinent information in advance.
