Hello, My name is Suzanne Chancelor. I had a routine eye exam today. I was greeted by Stephanie who was very attentive to all of my needs and explained everything perfectly as I went through my exam. I was seen by Dr. Turk who treated me as if I were her only patient. She was very personable and satisfied all of my questions. After getting my prescription from Dr. Turk, I was greeted by Josie. Josie gave me her full attention, explained all of my options with me and helped me make the best choices in which to satisfy all of my needs and requirements. All three of these people made my experience with Mann Eye Institute a pure delight and I will refer all of my friends and family to this facility.

I have been a patient at the Humble Mann Eye for at least 15 years. I continue to be very pleased with the service, doctors and staff there. Dr. Karlie Bonem is very knowledgable, professional yet friendly and very informative. Her staff is top notch. From the moment I walked into their office I was greeted and felt welcome. I highly recommend Mann Eye.
