A great team, from the front desk to eye techs to eye doc!

The Doctor was very good at explaining everything with my eye in detail and took the extra time to show me the scans of my eye. The ladies also helped me with selecting the correct frames based on my prescription, so that way I would have an easier time with the transition lenses. As a new eye glass user this experience made it where I wont mind coming back for follow ups.

My glasses got scratched, and they replaced the lenses for free. Great service!

Very pleased with the Katy-Mann Eye Institute. An amazing overall pre- and post procedure experience. The staff is friendly and very professional. Minimum wait time in the lobby and the doctors are quite knowledgeable. Very detailed and they took care of my concerns in a very efficient manner. I've got a keeper in Dr Turk.
