Over all excellent! The key to total customer service reaches past the doc's. They are excellent and exactly what one would expect. However it's the total staff that brings completeness to the customer experience. From entry to exit the impression and treatment was one of honest caring and concern for the patient. Two that really exemplifies what Mann Eye Institute desires was Josie & Kim. Both gave the most positive impression of what the organizational ethic is, and will continue to be at Mann. Without reservation these two persons are the gauge to which other could be placed. Both of these demonstrated not only professional knowledge, but also total confidence in Mann, and the organization. Good job!
