Everyone is extremely friendly. They are efficient with hardly any wait time. I was able to schedule LASIK 2 days after my consult. The whole process on procedure day was quick! The doctor is working on you as soon as you enter room which is a major relief for anxiety....gets done so quickly, no time to think about it!

The whole staff at the Katy location was very nice. I only have one problem and that was with the price. Other places offer the same thing at almost half the cost. Although I do trust this staff a little better due to there knowledge and kindness.
