I was granted an appointment the very same day I called and had a great initial experience with Dr. Brian Tan at the Sugar Land, TX facility and all staff I encountered; this expressed despite me presenting in distress given my optical symptoms which in nature were highly frightening. I felt welcomed and cared about as a person as opposed to being treated like a number. Everyone there from administrative to clinical (Mary Lynn was amazing!) truly has their heart in what they're doing. Another important factor high on my radar was, given my symptoms, I did not feel there to be any over or unnecessary treatment rendered or recommended nor did I feel there to be any mis-diagnosis. I was left feeling at ease with Dr. Tan's expertise. Happy to have found my new eye health home.
