I was pleased with every aspect of my examination at the Mann Eye Institute. They called me back almost immediately , my exams were thorough and easy, and each member of the staff and both doctors were friendly, answered all my questions, and put me at ease about my upcoming surgery.

They staff that prepared you for the eye exam was great. They were friendly and attentive to our needs. They staff in the front that assist you with purchasing your frames need to work on their customer service skills. One lady was friendly and I was hoping she helped us, however, the others were not as helpful and did not interact as she did.

Everyone was polite and made me feel welcomed. Dr. Brian Tan was great! He was honest and I will definately be back for my lasik once I'm ready.
