Great experience. There was no delay as I was seen right at my appointment time. Staff are all pleasant and make you feel at home. Dr. Baumohl is very good at what he does and takes the time needed to answer any questions you have. Highly recommended.

My experience with Mann Eye Institute was great! I was able to schedule an appointment within a few days of calling and the wait time for the actual appointment was minimal. The techs were amazing and explained each step of the process and made me feel very comfortable. The doctor was comprehensive and explained what was causing my issue in a way anyone could understand. The only reason I'm not giving 5 stars is because there seemed to be a small communication issue because the doctor did not know I'd come in for an issue as well as a comprehensive eye exam so he was about to leave the room and I had to ask about the results of my eye exam. The results were that I need glasses so I'm glad I asked. I would definitely recommend Mann Eye Institute to anyone needing eye care!

Friendly, comforting, and knowledgeable staff all the way from entering the building to exiting. I felt I was moved through the process in a timely manor. Not too fast and not too slow. Very refreshing and I really can't say enough about all that. The only minor but very important issue I had was during my conversation upon sign in it had been mentioned that if I qualified there might be a possibility of having the LASIK procedure performed that day. I would have liked to have been told by having the dilation done to my eyes that it would prevent me from having that option. A little frustrating considering how nervous I had been just make the appointment to begin with. All said and done though, I'm looking forward to having the procedure done on my scheduled date.

I have been going to Mann Eye Institute for a few years now for cataract surgery in both eyes. I am very happy on the results. The staff is very sweet and helpful. My husband and I will not go anywhere else.
