Typically, I go to Mann Eye Institute on Main Street; however, they are not open on Saturdays, so I was referred to the FM 1960 location. From the receptionist to the technician to Dr. Sattam, I could not have found better, more caring professionals. I was greeted promptly, met with the tech, and having been "squeezed" in, did not mind waiting a while. Dr. Sattam is very professional, thorough. She was picking up someone else's case, but her suggestions and assessment were thorough, thoughtful. She made an appointment for me the next Monday to see my normal provider. Above and beyond. It's reassuring to know as a Mann Eye patient, I can go to another location if I'm having a "stat" problem and be seen.

I felt very comfortable with the service and the staff. I didn't feel like they were trying to get me to buy immediately or something I didn't need.

I had such a pleasant experience here! Reception was very nice. My first doctor who did the pre-checks on my eyes was super friendly! She didn't leave awkward silence and really felt like a friend I've had for a while. The actual Doctor who finalized everything was friendly as well. He cracked some jokes and had a smile on the entire time I had with him. And finally, the man who helped me choose my glasses at the end was great! He actually knew my style within 5 minutes of trying on glasses, and then found the perfect ones for me in my budget. I appreciate the staff here, and I look forward to coming back! Thank you for being outstanding! It's rare now a days.
