Great friendly and very professional group of people working there. Helped me and explain every step of the way. Will definitely be back for all of my test and eyeglasses needs...as long as my work keeps the same vision insurance.

People were great and the facility sparkled.Wait seemed longer than appropriate. To schedule a follow up procedure I was told I could either wait for the scheduler or she would call me. Since I'd already been there for 90+ minutes I asked for a call. The call never came.

We have been Mann Eye Institute patients since we arrived in Austin five years ago. From our first visit, we were welcomed by Kristin, the Physician Relations person who greets and checks patients in. She is always courteous, professional, and always in a good mood. We appreciate her positive attitude.
