no wait time, i got an appointment within a day, front desk staff was so nice, the optometrist was super nice and knowledgeable then the lady that helps pick out glasses and lens was wonderful. Just a great experience all the way

Highly recommend! The staff is very pleasant and when I had my Lasik surgery, they walked me through every step of the process making the experience less stressful.

I think the eye care at Mann Eye Institute is of the highest quality. The staff is polite and every doctor I have seen has performed a very thorough diabetic eye exam. If you require any type of vision treatment ie: glasses or contacts, I would recommend purchasing somewhere else. The optical shop at Mann is overpriced and they charge more for using a frame you already own than buying a new frame would cost.
