Dr. Brunson is just great. Waiting area is perfect.

The staff are always super friendly and nice, very clean place, never had a bad experience here.

Update: Mann Eye Institute reached out to make sure the misunderstanding was corrected. I misunderstood the process and logic behind contact fitting. With that misunderstanding being a non-issue; I have no choice but to give them 5 stars.The exam went well and the staff was nice. My complaint comes from me being charged for services not received.My complaint comes from the checkout process. During my exam, I asked about being given a pair of trial contacts to test how they felt in my eyes. The examiner asked if I'd like a fitting to which I replied "No, thank you". When checking out I was holding my trial contacts and was told that I owed $90+ dollars for the fitting. I advised the rep that I didn't have a fitting, but they insisted on charging me for the service. I asked why I was being charged for a service for which I did not opt in, and was told "for the time it takes to do the fitting". I remained polite and advised them "That you charge me for what you have to charge me. I did not get that service but if you insist on charging me for something that wasn't done, then I will not argue with you". Well, as I'm sure you've figured out; I was charged.

The receptionist is super sweet. The doctor is very knowledgeable and helped guide me when purchasing glasses. She also let me know the difference between clarity and comfortability. Definitely would recommend and Im going back next year!
