I was in a bad mood when I arrived at Mann Eye Institute, January 8, 2020, but the ladies at the front desk were very kind with me. I thank them much for that. Vanessa (OA) took me back and performed all tests and exams to prepare me to see Dr. Binder. She, too, could probably feel my attitude. Thank you, Vanessa, for helping me with my eye care needs before seeing Dr. Binder. Dr. Binder, thank you for your caring and thoroughness and for all your knowledge and skills ... and for all the laughs. I walked out of your office feeling better than when I arrived. I like your bedside manner, very down to earth, although very professional. Again, I thank all of you, beginning with the ladies in the front office with Mann Eye Institute, for your courtesy and kindness; your professionalism.

It was one of the best experiences at a physician / surgical center that I have ever experienced. From the administrative staff handling of scheduling, insurance, and other peripheral docs., through the attention of pre and post operation staff, and very importantly the focus to detail and expertise of Dr. Michael Mann and his surgical staff was of the highest order. I left with a feeling I was their most important patient that day, and a very successful cataract surgery and IOL implant.

My whole experience was great! Mann Eye made the process so easy. I would do it all over again in a heartbeat.

Services and personel were professional and thorough. The frames were a bit pricey but then again almost everything is a bit pricey now-a-days...lil-e
