The wait to be called into see the doc was way too long. We waited in the waiting room for an hour before being called for our appointment. Finally called into do the photos of eye for cataract surgery. Then sent back out to waiting room to wait again to see the doc. After seeing the doc we were then sent back to take another set of photos again. The same ones as before! Then sent back to an exam room to wait for...... I have no idea. They didn't say why. We sat there for 20 minutes til someone came and said we could leave!! All in all that appointment took over 2 hours. Most of it was sitting and waiting. Why?

This is my second check up visit to the sun city, TX location. I also had a medical appointment for eye pain. As a multiple sclerosis patient, eye pain is a particularly worrisome symptom. They were all very professional on every occasion, and Dr. Patel take particular care to explain everyting so I can understand!
