I left another eye care group after experiencing rudeness, price and billing issues so I was nervous about starting the process of eye care all over again. I was so happy to find the staff at Mann Eye welcoming and friendly. They helped me get my surgery plan back on schedule quickly and at a better price. Dr. Tremblay is a great doctor who understood my complicated vision issues and I am really happy with the results of my surgery. Every person I've dealt with at Mann has been very friendly and helpful. The front office team of Alex and Kristin are exceptional. They gave me above and beyond service from my first phone call to every visit since then. I love seeing them every time I go and now I can literally see them clearly;)

I unfortunately have a great deal of astigmatism that vastly impacts my ability to see clearly and sharply. Dr. Chin, Jennifer and Anna-Bele provided the highest level of quality care, ensuring that all my concerns were addressed. They worked extensively with me to find my exact prescription and correct glasses lenses to accommodate and combat my astigmatism. .....usually the eye doctor is a very unpleasant and scary experience for me, however these ladies (Dr. Chin, Jennifer and Anna-Bele) made these experience seemless. Thanks to them, I'm seeing clearer than ever! Their compassion and dedication to quality is why I will always be a patient with The Mann Eye institute!

I have been going to Eye Care Associates of Humble since I moved back to Houston in 2012. I have been very pleased with the services they provide. They are very helpful when I have questions or need things to be done.

I have been with my eye doctor for many years, with the goal to eventually get LASIK. I decided it was time for a change and wanted to go with a group that specializes in Optometry, Ophthalmology and LASIK. I set an appointment for an eye exam at the Mann Eye in Katy. Maggie, who assisted me at the beginning with my eye exam was a delight to talk too. My new eye doctor, Dr. Morello, and his assistant, Kim, made my visit nice and smooth. I also learned a few things from Dr. Morello during my exam.LASIK consultation time - Having friends rave about their abilities to see without contacts or glasses after having LASIK done by Dr. Wright, I knew I had to meet him. I met with his assistant, Tina, who introduced me to Dr. Wright and gave me a tour. Tina was wonderful to talk with and made me feel very comfortable and confident about when it is time for me to have LASIK done.Thank you to all at Mann Eye in Katy for a great experienceUpdate 10/24/2018: My wife and I both got Lasik a few weeks ago. I can not say enough how wonderful the staff is preparing us before having our eyes done. During the procedure, they make sure to keep you comfortable and relaxed. After, once again Dr. Wright and the team make sure inform you of what to expect over the following days and weeks. It was an awesome experience and it rocks not having to put in contacts each day. Overall happy with service and doctor. Unhappy with link to make appointment on line never received call back on request made. Suggest when ordering glasses they go over what is covered by insurance snd what is not so one can make better choices before seeing final bill. This caused some issues with ordering my glasses.
