Love Dr. Hicks! I moved out of the city but I make the drive back for eye appointments. She is so kind, informative and attentive.Their glasses team is amazing as well!

Awesome! They were very patient with me about my phobia with touching my eyeballs and putting drops in them Aargh. They were very understanding even though it sounds ridiculous. I really appreciated the empathy. They explained in laymen terms about my diagnosis. The front desk could be a little more welcoming but it was towards the end of the day so understandable about being bummed out by then.
