I was in a bad mood when I arrived at Mann Eye Institute, January 8, 2020, but the ladies at the front desk were very kind with me. I thank them much for that.Vanessa (OA) took me back and performed all tests and exams to prepare me to see Dr. Binder. She, too, could probably feel my attitude. Thank you, Vanessa, for helping me with my eye care needs before seeing Dr. Binder.Dr. Binder, thank you for your caring and thoroughness and for all your knowledge and skills ... and for all the laughs. I walked out of your office feeling better than when I arrived. I have been coming here for nine years and I always have a great experience. The staff is very professional and I never have to wait very long for my appointment. The doctors are kind, patient, and I feel like they genuinely care about my eye health.
