From the first email to my second to last post op, everyone has been outstanding. Very friendly and everyone makes you feel comfortable. Ashley Hassen was very helpful, even the front desk ladies are very helpful and in a good mood.<br>The procedure was quick, pain free and I have no complaints. Plenty of parking, easy to find. Mr. Mann, Dr. Chin, Dr. Brunson were all great! Everyone made what was a very nervous experience, easy. LASIK was easily the best thing I've ever done!

The service was excellent. Everyone was kind, patient and very Customer oriented, from the receptionist, to the young ladies in the eyeglass section, the opticians Assistant was fabulous I absolutely loved Dr. K, he made me feel like I had been a patient of his for years! I can clearly see why the reviews were so great! I told my entire Family about this office visit. It feels good to know we have finally found an optician that could possibly last a lifetime.

I had Lasik at Mann Eye (South Austin) last Friday, 9/14/18, and could not be happier! The day of surgery I arrived at the clinic at 10:30 and was all done by 12:15. I spent less than 15 minutes in the actual surgery room. The procedure itself felt very fast. They gave me a stuffed animal to cuddle, a heavy blanket to keep me warm as it's very cold in the room, and a nurse held my hand- poor thing... I probably crushed it! I was given valium to relax before the procedure and help sleep after- it definitely worked! Dr. Mann called around 9:15 that night to see how I was feeling and seeing. I went in the next morning for a follow up appointment and was told I am seeing 20/15 with both eyes open, 20/20 with one open/one closed on each side. I could not be happier! I wish I had done this sooner.
