What an exceptional organization. From the minute I walked in, the customer care was phenomenal. The front desk folks were incredible. The assistant's were diligent and helpful, and my doctor, and I apologize because I forgot her name, was the best. I understand that doctors need to see "x" amount of patients every day, but never once did I feel rushed by her. She took the time to review everything. Explained everything, so there was no "gray" area. If you don't give MEI a chance, you will be selling yourself short, I promise. My wait was a little long, but I would have waited another 30 minutes just because they were that good. I am not complaining about the wait. I have sat for much longer in other doctor's offices. Thank you to all for the excellent care. It is much appreciated.

This place operates like a machine! The staff is wonderful. The doctors are all excellent and take care of you. I went from a -6.0 prescription where I couldn't even tell that the big "E" on the vision chart existed, to 20/15 vision 12 hours after the surgery. The next day post op felt great. Dry eyes are expected. Also, don't rub your eyes! I highly recommend Mann Eye Institute... especially for people who've had glasses since childhood and are nervous about the procedure. Also, the technology there is top-of-the-line.

I had a coworker who had Lasik done here and I decided to go in for a consultation. The office is very nice and the equipment and staff is very exceptional. The procedure itself literally only takes 5 minutes and I did not feel any pain. A week after my procedure they told me I have 20/15 vision! Overall great experience and would recommend.

I was referred to Dr. Wright by Dr. Malik and I am very pleased with the care received. From my first visit everyone was very helpful and kind. Jeremy was awesome in explaining the procedure and allowing me to ask any questions as well as following up to make sure any new questions had not arose. Tina was absolutely AMAZING! I had corneal crosslinking done on each eye a month apart and Tina was the one who stayed with me to administer the required drops and light. She made sure to tell me everything she was doing every step of the way (even to let me know she was setting a timer on her phone to administer the drops). She went above and beyond to ensure I was comfortable. I am an ICU nurse so it meant so much to me that she was so patient and compassionate. I am new to Houston so she also assisted me with using UBER (which is awesome by the way) to get to and from the office to home. Tina made me feel so comfortable and at peace. I love her! She is so kind and has a very sweet, loving spirit. I will definitely recommend her and the facility for any and all eye concerns whether it be for the procedure I had or lasik. Great customer service! Very pleased!!

I could not be happier with the service provided at Mann Eye Institute! I have worn glasses and contacts for 12 years, after my LASIK procedure I could see 20/20 the next day! Every day I walk outside without contacts or glasses I am just filled with joy. Everyone at the Austin south location was just awesome, from receptionists who were very polite and knowledgeable to Roland to all the technicians and Doctors. They put me at ease when I was nervous and did an outstanding job! I would recommend Mann Eye to anyone considering LASIK. Thanks to Dr. Sabol in Bastrop for the referral and follow up. Update: 8/30/17 I went for a check up and have 20-15 vision! I still couldn't be more satisfied with Mann Eye! I recommend y'all to everyone!
