Techs and Dr are all very kind and knowledgeable. So happy with the care they provide our 7yo daughter!

I got a piece of metal in my eye while grinding knives in my home shop. The Cleveland office took me in on short notice and got me fixed up very quickly!The Tech, assistant, and Dr. Bennett were GREAT! They took care of the pain immediately and then began an examination to ensure no other issues were going on. Dr. Bennett worked very carefully and diligently extracting the metal. Then they provided an antibiotic sample for me until the pharmacy had filled the script.I can't say enough about the efficient and friendly care I received!

Kind, thoughtful, and caring staff. Everyone I spoke with took their time explaining the process and procedures.

My husband and I both had appointments scheduled, I was at 8:15 and he was at 8:30 a.m. Becca checked us in and we explained that we needed to switch appointments so he could get to work, she was so gracious and kind and said with a smile no problem let's get you checked in and we will get that done. It was my first time at Mann Eye, Udi was my technician and she explained everything she was going to do and smiled the whole time. Our Dr was awesome her name was Dr. Stephanie Turk, highly recommend seeing her too fine tune what Udi saw and on the preliminary tests of the eyes. So, now we get to go through the multiple frames and pick out something that looks nice. We had the pleasure of meeting Arianna, who is the most knowledgeable person about frames. She knows what looks good on your facial structure to make you look the best. It helps that her personality is so charming too. Becca, Udi Dr. Turk and Arianna are definitely worth seeing and spending time with. They take the time with you and answer all of your questions with a caring smile. I will be back.Update***It's my second time to go back to Mann Eye Clinic. Now, we are in phase 2 of COVID-19 and everyone has to wear a mask. I will admit I am a mask rebel and get mad when having to wearing a mask. Yes, I understand it's for the safety of everyone else. But, Mann Eye Clinic took my temperature before I could sign in. How am I supposed to try on my new glasses with a mask on? I still love Mann Eye Clinic. Stephanie was awesome at fitting the frames even with having to wear a mask. I will be back mask and all. Mann Eye Clinic is the best place I have been too. They are on time with their with appointments! Your time matters like theirs does!Update#3 I was late for my appointment and I had to reschedule because I was 15 minutes late, not a big deal because I got an appointment 3 days later first thing in the morning. Mann Eye Institute is the place to go.
