EVERYONE, from the receptionists, the affable technician who performed the various evaluations (and whose name I am sorry to admit escapes me right now) to Dr. Mann himself were nothing but kind, upbeat, caring and thoroughly professional! I have KC and have been seen by various eye care professionals for many years. Dr. Paul Mann and all the staff at the Katy location were simply superb! My daughter received good news from Dr. Mann today, and that in itself made her day. But she and I had to share how amazing our experience was with the excellent service we received!
