I had LASIK two weeks ago with Dr. Green and I now have 20/15 vision which will continue to get better as my refraction heals. <br><br>I cannot speak highly enough about the entire process from beginning to end. Steven, the refractive consultant, was the most amazing person to work with and he honestly put me at so much ease. He was extremely thorough and super attentive to all my needs and questions. <br><br>I experienced no pain after the procedure and the entire surgical process lasted an hour or so. Dr. Green is a busy woman, but she's exceptionally skilled at what she does. <br><br>Eye Excellence exceeded my expectations!!! I highly recommend them and Dr. Green.

Came in to this office today for an issue with my right eye. I'm an avid Yelper, so I took a stab in the dark for providers based on my insurance and they had the best reviews! I can defiantly see why because I had such a great experience with this location! The receptionist was very nice and welcoming, the lady that took me in the back was very thorough and took the time to answer my questions. Dr. Patel was super nice and very informative. He eased my concerns and I left with a better understanding on what I needed to do on my end to assist my recovery. Customer service is very important to me so I will definitely be back to this location!

Consulting visit was done on Monday and Courtney was able to get me an appointment for surgery that Friday! David and Stephanie at the desk were friendly and even gave my kids some toys to play with during my visit. My LASIK was done at the South Austin location by Dr. Paul Mann. He was great and the procedure took about 10 minutes or less. Joan at the South Austin location was terrific in educating me about the procedure, the day after the surgery, and the week to follow. I woke up the next day seeing better than I can ever remember. At my 1 week post-op visit I am glad to report that I was rated 20-15. I wish I would've done it sooner.
