As always, everytime I have visited Mann Eye Clinic, the experience has been totally enjoyable. So nice to speak with real people instead of the "Programmed robots" you get so many times these days that never vary from their little brainwashed speech they give to everyone and anyone. The people here are down to earth, they smile, laugh, make you feel very relaxed and at ease. Yet they are courteous, very professional and are very good at their jobs. I would recommend them to any one who has eye problems and need to be cared for. They are a great bunch of folks! My experiences with them have only been great ones.

I saw Dr. Brunson based on a referral from their affiliate MannEye2 .First impressions: All of the office staff from reception, Assistant, Eyewear Consultant and Dr. Brunson were warm, professional and extremely patient with me as I struggled to articulate what I needed and that I was paying out of pocket. I felt I was given options and that I was heard.I especially appreciated the gentlemen who scheduled my appointment because he set expectations for the costs upfront so that I was prepared. (Thank YOU!)At the appointment, the wait to be seen by the tech/assistant and then the doctor was a bit long, but I saw for myself they were sharing screening machines, so it was to be expected.I have a few more follow-ups, will update as appropriate.

I started going over to see Dr Chin a few years back. She is wonderful. I live about 90 miles away and choose to drive to Houston for the excellent care and little wait time. I saw an ophthalmologist where I live and waited over an hour in a crowded office. I walked out. A family member recommended the Mann Institute and the rest is history. I can drive to Houston in less time it took to get in to the doc in Beaumont (not to mention the 6 month waiting list). <br>I saw Dr Mann my first visit, and since have seen Dr Chin. She takes her time with me and explains everything, making sure I understand what is going on with my eyes. I highly recommend this office.
