Dr. Hicks was extremely friendly and well-versed with knowledge and information regarding all things eyes! It was my first eye exam in nearly six years and I couldn't be happier to find out that my eyesight was getting so bad!

The whole perfect experience began with Tiffany at the front desk. What a breath of fresh air to be treated kindly by the first person you speak with. It continued with Mark who performed the initial exam - all business but friendly and took the time to explain things. Wonderful guy! Then, we got to Dr. Baumohl - he was the cherry on the cake! The entire staff made the exam a pleasure. Delightful group of people!! Highly recommend.
