Went here, and I was utterly nervous at first but the staff was quite friendly, the amount of testing done made me feel confident and overall I would highly recommend coming here to get their Lasik here, the staff here is absolutely wonderful!

From the moment the staff answers the phone to schedule your appointment, they make you feel welcomed. The ladies at the front desk greet you with a smile and all of the techs explain each test that they are getting ready to perform. Dr. Chinn and Dr. Mann came in and reviewed my test results and gave me a clean bill of health. I have already referred a family member. Great group of professionals.

I was a little nervous about getting Lasik. Lasers in the eyes sound creepy. Mann Eye did a great job, answered all my questions and addressed all of my concerns. The surgery was quick, about as pleasant as I could hope for, and totally successful. I can see 20/20 now :-).

Amazing!! First off, walking in there and meeting the lady at reception, Becca, whom was SO helpful and kind AND patient. Exactly what any company would want; the first face you see walking in there, representing your company, being so excellent. The doctors were very thorough and kind: appointment was for a 6 year old and they were amazing with her, not only diagnostically but the patient care was outstanding. Child was allowed to "check" my eyes too, they explained everything beforehand etc.. very nice! Highly recommend.

I've been going to Mann Eye Institute since I moved to Katy six years ago. I have never been disappointed in the customer service that I've received; from anyone there! They are efficient, respectful and helpful. Today, I had a minor procedure and wanted to recognize Kelly. She assisted Dr. Mann, and was very reassuring and made my anxiety lessen, because she was so calm and knowledgable. I could tell that she was very experienced and when asked, she shared that she'd been doing this for 20 years. You can't get much better than that!I'd also like to recognize Becca. She is at the front desk and is a beacon of friendliness and kindness. She, too, "knows her stuff" and also made me feel less anxious about the procedure today.I highly recommend Mann Eye Institute and want to thank Dr. Turk and her team for my eye care!
