Excellent customer service, if I had to change anything; it would be for staff to wipe equipment while patients are in the rooms. Best practices are the best practices!

The people here LITERALLY could not be any nicer. You feel very taken care of as soon as you walk through the door. They do a great job explaining every step along the way, and pass you through all the rooms in the office for the various steps with great professionalism and efficiency. I never had to wait during my procedure or on follow-up appointments.
