Great personnel at the Copperfield location, Stephanie at the front desk, the work-up technician, who's name I didn't ask and Dr. Ustick.All were knowledgeable, professional, competent and personable.*******************************I ordered new frames and lenses which arrived in one week, half the promised lead time. The optician, Kiara was very helpful, friendly and efficient. I was waited on immediately on both visits and Kiara helped me to make a great frame selection, entered the order and fitted them (on the second visit).Both visits were completed in less than 15 minutes each.
