When you arrive its not like a typical office it has more of a home type feeling, Tina, Laura and Kathy both greeted me kindly as I walked through the door. The office is very clean, and smells like coffee and cookies. While I was getting my coffee prior to the tech taking me back to get started on my exam Keith came over to make sure I was doing ok. Dr. Binder as well as Yesenia his scribe was very professional and personable during my exam and made sure I understood in detail my findings also said that I was still 20/20 from my lasik surgery performed by Dr. Green in 2016.

There for eye exam. The staff is very friendly and attentive. The doctor is amazingly patient and thorough. All in all one of the best experiences I have had with an eye doctor. When I say we will always travel to where Dr Hicks is, we came all the way from Tennessee to see her. And will again. I won't trust anyone else with my eyes or the eyes of my family. She is the best.

They were extremely professional, and courteous. Will keep using them for my eye care needs.
