Loved the fact they had availability, instead of other places where I had to wait a month! Arrived a bit early so filled out paperwork. Office was nice, quiet, staff as very friendly. Was wisked away by "Mary" (I think), very nice lady. Initially had trouble getting my prescription correct, we Dr. Tan was called in, he did a better job, but had to get another doctor in (Dr. Wright). After all the tests, finally determined it wasnt LASIK that I needed, it was cataracts! Priscialla handling the $$ informed me of everything concerning out of pocket charges and insurance coverage. In the end, my insurance sucks, so will wait till next year to get this done, but will go to Mann Eye in a heartbeat!

Going to Mann's Eye Institute was one of the best eye experience, I have ever had. They are so attentive, and I didn't have a long wait. You feel special by the time you have left this facility. My experience with the Mann Eye Institute here in Katy has been flawless. I ordered contacts and glasses from them earlier this year after my routine eye appointment. It went smoothly and I didn't have to wait for long. I just called to see about fixing my glasses lenses and in less than 10 minutes they ordered new lenses for me without a problem! Great customer service, friendly, and punctual.
