I received outstandingly unexpected great service from two of your employees.Ms. Becca, receptionist in Katy Office literally dropped everything she was doing to troubleshoot and resolve a prescription issue with my pharmacy for medicated eye drops that I needed. Her service was positive, timely and heartfelt sincere.Becca always exudes welcoming positive energy each time I visit the Katy office ! I believe she really cares. 2 thumbs up !Ms. Stephanie of the Katy Optometry Group has provided in my opinion, the most positive experience regarding eye glass selection and fitting given my specialized eye ware needs. Very positive and warm disposition. She took her time and listened intently to my sight-vision challenges. I am amazed at the look, feel and performance. My daughter was given eye drops to dilate her eyes and wasn't given the numbing drops first,my only complaint is that she should have been given numbing drops because her eyes were burning and was her vision was blurry for 2 days after.
