The staff is always professional. They listen to my concerns and never hesitate to explain so I will understand the problem or lack of a problem. I had to take my 91 yr old mother to them and believe me, they deserved the metal of honor for examing a person with dementia.

All of the staff are very professional and take their time with you and explain any issues that are going on with your eyes.

I was impressed with the way they dealt with the COVID-19 threat. Dr. Chin is a top notch professional. My only criticism is that the Tech asked me some very personal medical questions in the hallway. That embarrassed me.

It was a great experience! They walked me through everything and had great explanations before anything happened. Would definitely recommend the retina pictures. No dilation side effects.
