I had Lasik two days ago and so far I am very happy with the results. After over 30 years of wearing contacts, it is an awesome experience to wake up and be able to see. <br><br>I had the free Lasik exam at my local Mann Eye clinic, but chose this location for my actual procedure. I was really nervous on the day of the surgery, but Dr. Mike Mann and his staff did an excellent job of answering all my questions and assuring me that everything will turn out okay.<br><br>Immediately after the surgery, I could see, but it was a little fuzzy. I had no pain or discomfort post surgery and didn't need the numbing drops. I did get the blended vision which is taking some adjusting, but in the long run I think will be for the best since I don't want to have to wear reading glasses.<br><br>The facility is very nice and every one I came in contact with was very professional. My only complaint was that it was very "business" like and not very personable. It was obvious that they do a lot of procedures and like to keep things on schedule.

My husband just had Lasik surgery done yesterday and after the follow up appointment today, he now has 20/10 vision! I'd say that is incredible. My husband went outside last night and cried because he could see everything clearly. He spent 20+ years behind glasses and contacts, and Mann Eye has made his dream a reality. <br><br>The doctors are professional and the staff is friendly. All in all, it was a great job with an even greater outcome. The ONLY reason I am not giving this 5 stars is due to the staff failing to notify us when his surgery began so we could go back and experience this special time with him. Jara, one of the assistants, stated she would come get us before the surgery and it never happened. We had the camera ready and front desk knew this as well. I felt like that robbed his family and myself of this life-changing moment, especially his parents who have been waiting years to be able to afford this for him. <br><br>She did apologize today at the follow up appointment but it doesn't take back missing out on that experience with him. All in all, I would highly recommend Mann Eye Institite for your corrective eye issues.

I can't say enough good about these guys! From the first day I set foot in their office, I've had nothing but an amazing experience with everyone at Mann Eye Institute. My surgery was quick and painless. All the doctors and staff were friendly, fun, professional, and informative. I would recommend Mann Eye Institute to anyone! I've had the best experience working with Mann Eye Institute for my LASIK Surgery last January. <br><br>Every follow up experience and even my refinement surgery experience was the best one could ask for. <br><br>I truly feel that the investment was worth every penny! It's very clear that they care about their patients. <br><br>Dina Owens, the surgery manager is so great to work with. She has the most pleasant attitude and takes her time with everyone.<br><br>My boyfriend is having LASIK surgery this week and I wouldn't have allowed him to go anywhere else but with the great staff and doctors at this Mann Eye location.
