I had Lasik surgery here a week ago. The entire process has been so smooth, and everyone has been very courteous and helpful. The procedure is described to you in great detail and all questions are answered with expertise and patience. Love the decision to have my surgery done here. This is my 2nd time visiting Mann Eye Institute and can't be any happier. I was greeted by Brenda and Deanna and was imediately checked in. Not 5 minutes had passed and I was called in by Nancy and had all my exams done in a very cordial manner. Sat for about 5-10 minutes in a waiting room and shortly got taken by Liliana to a Drs office. Shortly Dr Chin and Annabel arrived and were very friendly and assisted me in a very cordial manner. Thanks to all of Manns Eye Institute staff for making me feel special.
