After being blacklisted suddenly & ghosted from several jobs with no explanation. I hired my own Private Investigator who confirmed and recorded slanderous accusations from former employees who made several false accusations verbally sabotaging me . I have been unable to gain employment because of such slander by employees that no longer work for the company. Its been almost two years but theres no doubt that bc of my false write ups from terminated employees i am being held back. Dr. Mann and his son Dr. Paul Mann where so kind to me out of everyone but the admin who were over me who wrote me up constantly for the elevator malfunctioning and clocking me as late are evil. Retina admin should check in their own patients. I got blamed for something i didn't do and one ever said sorry. Integrity & Accountability are core vaules and no one said ever sorry after it was proven it wasn't my fault and i quit after that. Dr. Mann treated me with the most respect from the moment i started but every admin with 10+ years needs to go through some serious retraining the new way bc they're the reason why turnover is high is bc they lack compassion and understanding. Retina admin blamed everything on front desk for now on have them check im their own patients and you eliminate the burden from front desk! Pronlem solved

The staff is incredible, both professional and administrative. Kudos to the hiring manager and those involved in the hiring decisions. Kudos to those responsible for creating a working environment where the staff can be professional, compassionate and pleasant if not outright joyful. Kudos to those who maintain the premises in tip top condition. Finally, kudos to Dr. Brunson who is everything one could possibly want in a physician - that perfect mix of compassion and excellence. Mann Eye Institute is, in a word, exceptional.
