We came back the following day for a follow-up and everything turned out fine.Very pleased that we could get in for an appointment on the same day we called.

I had very little wait time after arrival Dr. Odette gave me a very thorough examination and kept me informed every step of the way. She diagnosed what was causing my contact issues, and how to resolve it. Keith explained my contact options and their costs. The contacts were received several days earlier than promised,which I greatly appreciated.The front desk also explained my insurance to me and all of the out-of-pocket costs that I was responsible for. I came to know of Eye Excellence through my coworkers who have had cataract surgery done by Dr. Mary Green. I was initially turned down for PRK surgery by another doctor and I went to Dr. Green for a second opinion. I am very happy that I went to her because she recommended Visian ICL to me and it has changed my life. Dr. Green is very knowledgable and has excellent patient care. I can see clearly now....that I have new contacts!<br><br>I've been a patient at Vision Max for about 3-4 years, and event though it is a little out of the way it's worth the drive. Dr. Planty and his staff are very efficient and I rarely ever wait to be seen at my scheduled appointment time. The office isn't super fancy, but then again if you're there your vision isn't 100%, so who cares? <br><br>The main reason I keep coming back is because they are able to take digital images of your eyes! If you've ever had an eye exam, then you've had your eyes dilated and for me - this is like eyeball torture! I get the worst headaches and feel like a zombie for the rest of the day. Well at Vision Max, I don't have to worry about that! For $20 extra, they take the digital image of both eyes, and then I don't have to walk around feeling like my eyes are floating outside of my head!<br><br>Check up went well...only a small change in the spec script, and a new brand of contacts has my eyeballs feeling like a million bucks!
