I received outstandingly unexpected great service from two of your employees.Ms. Becca, receptionist in Katy Office literally dropped everything she was doing to troubleshoot and resolve a prescription issue with my pharmacy for medicated eye drops that I needed. Her service was positive, timely and heartfelt sincere.Becca always exudes welcoming positive energy each time I visit the Katy office ! I believe she really cares. 2 thumbs up !Ms. Stephanie of the Katy Optometry Group has provided in my opinion, the most positive experience regarding eye glass selection and fitting given my specialized eye ware needs. Very positive and warm disposition. She took her time and listened intently to my sight-vision challenges. I am amazed at the look, feel and performance. Huge kudos to Stephanie and great customer service. A 5 star MVP in my book.

My daughter was given eye drops to dilate her eyes and wasn't given the numbing drops first,my only complaint is that she should have been given numbing drops because her eyes were burning and was her vision was blurry for 2 days after.

This was my first time here and I was blown away by the friendliness of all the staff starting from when I walked in. Dr. Han and her staff were very professional, knowledgeable and very easy to talk to. Dr. Han was very thorough and straight to the point. She explained everything she was doing as we moved along and made me comfortable going back to contacts after having not used them for 10 years. She got me the perfect fit that matched my unique prescription as well as provided a budget friendly solution.I'll definitely recommend Mann Eye 2 to everyone I know!
