This review is to complement and applaud the help I received from Megan Salas in the Call Center. I needed a copy of my eye glass prescription and Megan helped me log into the nextmd website. My information had been mixed up with my husband's info at the Georgetown office which produced a lot of confusion but Megan was patient and persistent and got me in and then sent my prescription to download and print. Megan Salas is a valuable asset to Mann Eye for her level of customer service and client retention.

The staff at Mann Eye are very thorough when they test you to be a LASIK candidate. They provide you with very detailed, clear instructions about what to expect for the surgery and post-surgery care. The surgery itself was very quick with minimal pain/discomfort afterwards. I am pleasantly surprised at how fast the healing process has been. It's been two weeks since the surgery and my vision is 20/20. The staff I've interacted with are all very friendly and make you feel comfortable. I highly recommend LASIK and getting it done here!
