    I have been using Frantz for my eye care for many years. They scheduled me with a retina specialist who was doing an ultrasound of my eye twice a year. I saw her until I was told she left the practice and I was scheduled with Dr. Plous. Dr. Plous was not personable, didnt explain my condition, just told me I was fine, to come back in 10 months to a year.After my second appointment, Dr. Plous had not done an ultrasound for well over a year, so I asked about it. He scheduled me at a different location to have the ultrasound. At that appointment, after all the tests, Dr. Plous came in, he asked the tech where the ultrasound was. I said, I came here for the ultrasound. He screamed very rudely, something like, Just give us a minute. I said, You dont have to get nasty. He said, This exam is over, schedule her with Dr. Warrior and he walked out of the room.I was dumbfounded. Apparently, this is a normal thing with this doctor. The tech did the ultrasound and connected me with her manager, who called the manager of the medical staff. They did bring Dr. Plous in to apologize, but it didnt sound sincere. His excuse was that he has to see 70 patients a day, like that should make his behavior excusable. I suggested that he was apologizing because the boss was there. He told me that his position isnt in jeopardy. That may be part of the problem. Frantz knows how he acts and allows it to happen. I will NEVER see him again and am working to find another eye care option.I sent a letter to the owner, Jonathan Frantz over two weeks ago, and I havent heard a word from him or his office. Apparently, they dont care about their patients experience, they only care about raking in the money. I would never recommend Frantz to anyone!!
